Privacy Policy

This policy explains what NamedTest LLC collects, why, and what we do with it. We keep your inputs and reports private. We do not sell your personal information.
1. What we collect

We do not collect your full card number. Payment details go directly to Stripe.
2. How we use it
We use your information to run your free check or report, deliver it by email, process payments, manage subscriptions, answer your emails, prevent fraud and abuse, and keep the site working. We may send service emails about your report or subscription. We will only send marketing emails if you opt in, and every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
Your email address
We ask for your email address on the free check form, on the report form, when you ask us to add a trade and at checkout. We use it to contact you about your free check, to fill in checkout if you buy the report, to send your report, receipt and refund emails, to tell you when we add a trade you asked for, and to answer your questions. After a free check, we send up to 3 follow-up emails about your results if you tick the box for them on the form. Each one has an unsubscribe link. We do not sell it, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. Resend delivers our emails and tells us whether each one was delivered, bounced or marked as spam. If an email to you bounces, is marked as spam or you unsubscribe, we stop sending that kind of email to the address.
3. Your inputs and reports are private
Your inputs and reports are visible only to you and to NamedTest for the purposes above. We do not publish them. We do not use them in the public AI Visibility Index. We do not share them with other customers.
4. The public AI Visibility Index
The Index is built only from prompts we write and run ourselves. It lists businesses that AI systems named in those answers. It contains no customer-submitted data. Business names in the Index come from public AI answers, not from customer accounts.
5. Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers that help us run NamedTest, and only as needed for that job.
- Hosting and infrastructure. Cloudflare hosts the site, stores data, handles security and runs the Turnstile security check on our forms.
- Analytics. Google Analytics 4 measures site visits and purchases, as described in section 6.
- Payments. Stripe runs our checkout, processes payments and refunds, stores card details and works out sales tax from your billing address. Stripe handles that information under its own privacy policy.
- Email delivery. Resend sends our emails, such as your report, receipts and refund notices. It receives your email address and the content of each email.
- AI providers. To run your report, we send prompts that include your business inputs, such as business name, city, and trade, to OpenAI, Perplexity, Google (Gemini, Places and PageSpeed Insights) and Anthropic. We also send your business name and city to DataForSEO, which returns Google AI Overviews and AI Mode results. We use each company's business API services. We do not send your email address or payment details to AI providers.
We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or merger of the business.
6. Cookies
We use cookies and similar tools that the site needs to work, such as keeping checkout secure. We use Google Analytics 4 to see how visitors use the site. It sets cookies and collects data such as pages viewed, device type, approximate location, and how you found us. We do not load Google Analytics on private report pages. We do not use advertising cookies, and Google's advertising features are turned off. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. We also use Google Search Console, which reports how our site appears in Google Search and does not track visitors on our site.
7. How long we keep it
We keep reports and inputs while your account or subscription is active, and for 24 months after your last purchase so you can get past reports back. We keep free check inputs and results for 12 months. We keep trade requests for 24 months so we can tell you when we add your trade. We keep payment and tax records as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
8. Your choices and rights
You can email us to see, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop marketing emails. We will answer within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under your state's privacy law.
9. Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls. No system is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee security. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as the law requires.
10. Children
NamedTest is for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child gave us information, email us and we will delete it.
11. Where data is stored
NamedTest is run from the United States. Our providers may process data in the U.S. and other countries.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will post the new version with a new effective date and email active subscribers about material changes.
